Feedback and corrections

Contact Age Calculator Lab

Corrections are genuinely welcome — a calculator that gets an edge case wrong is worth more to me as a report than as an unnoticed bug. Email the address below and I read it myself.

There is no contact form on this site, so nothing you send passes through a third-party form service.

What to send

Four things worth writing in about

Whichever it is, include the page URL. It saves a round trip and it is the one detail most reports leave out.

Calculation error

A calculator gave a wrong answer

The most useful report. Send the page URL, the exact values you entered, the result you got and the result you expected. If you used the Share link button, that URL alone contains every input and is the fastest thing to send.

Accessibility

Something is unusable

Keyboard traps, unreadable contrast, a control a screen reader skips, a layout that breaks at your text size. Tell me the page, the device or assistive technology, and what happened.

Content correction

A guide is wrong or out of date

Rules change — cutoffs, holiday dates, statutory periods, assessment editions. If something here no longer matches the current rule, say which page and what the current position is. A link to the source helps most.

Tool suggestion

A calculator is missing

There are 164 of them and they still do not cover everything. Describe the calculation you needed and what you had to do instead.

Before you write

Things I can and cannot help with

A short list, so nobody waits on a reply that was never going to be useful.

Worth emailing about

Anything wrong with this site: a calculation, a guide, a broken link, an accessibility problem, a missing tool, or a factual correction with a source.

Not something I can answer

I cannot interpret an assessment score, advise on a pregnancy, confirm whether a child meets a school cutoff, or tell you what a contract's notice clause means. Those depend on rules and records I do not have, and they belong with the manual, clinician, school or professional responsible for the decision.

Feedback improves the tools

If a calculation seems wrong or a guide was unclear, send the page URL, the inputs you used and the result you expected. Specific feedback helps identify edge cases and improve the explanation for everyone.

Elsewhere

Other ways to reach me

Email is the reliable one. The rest are slower.
