Calculator inputs are processed on your device and never transmitted. There are no cookies, no analytics and no advertising. The only external request any page makes is to Google Fonts. Email sent to the contact address is read by one person and used only to reply.
What happens to the values you type into a calculator
Nothing leaves your browser. Every calculator on this site runs in JavaScript on the page you are looking at. When you enter a date of birth, a gestational age or an employment start date and press Calculate, the arithmetic happens on your own device and the result is written into the page. There is no request to a server carrying those values, because there is no server-side calculation to send them to.
This is a consequence of how the site is built rather than a policy choice, which is why it holds even if you lose your connection mid-session — a page you have already loaded keeps calculating. It also means the values are not stored: reload the page and they are gone.
The one thing to be aware of is the Share link feature. When you press Calculate, your inputs are written into the address bar so the calculation can be reopened later. That URL contains the values you entered. It stays on your device unless you deliberately share it — but if you do send one to someone, be aware you are sending the dates it contains.
The contact address for this site is navjeet8595@gmail.com, which is a Gmail account. If you email it, Google processes and stores that message under its own terms as the mail provider, in the same way it would for any email sent to any Gmail address.
Messages are read by Navjeet Kamboj and used only to respond to what you wrote — to fix a calculation, correct a guide, or reply to a question. They are not added to a mailing list, not used for marketing, and not passed to anyone else. Correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful for dealing with the issue raised, and deleted after that.
There is no contact form on this site, so nothing you send passes through a third-party form service. If you would rather not email, the site works fully without ever contacting anyone.
Hosting and server logs
Like effectively every website, requests for pages are handled by a web host that records standard access information: the IP address making the request, the page requested, the time, the referring page and the browser's user-agent string. This is how any web server works and it happens before any code on this site runs.
That log data is not combined with anything else, not used to build a profile, and not connected to the values you type into a calculator — which, as above, the server never receives.
Third parties
This site loads two typefaces, Fraunces and Inter, from Google Fonts. That means your browser makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, and Google receives your IP address and user-agent as part of serving those files. No other information is sent, and the fonts are the only external resource the pages load.
There is no analytics on this site, no advertising, no tag manager, no social media pixels, no session recording and no A/B testing tool. The footer links to LinkedIn and Instagram profiles, but those are ordinary links — nothing from those platforms is embedded in the page, so they receive nothing unless you click through.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser's local storage. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
This will change if advertising or analytics is ever added. If that happens, this page will be updated to name the specific services and describe what they collect, and appropriate consent will be sought before anything is loaded.
Children
Many of the calculators here are about children — corrected age, school starting age, developmental assessment ages — and are used by parents, teachers and clinicians. The dates entered are, as described above, processed only in the browser of whoever is using the tool and are not transmitted or stored.
The site is not directed at children as users and does not knowingly collect information from them. Because no personal information is collected through the calculators at all, there is nothing collected about the children those calculations concern.
Your rights and how to exercise them
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal data held about you, and to object to processing or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the UK and EU these arise under the GDPR; comparable rights exist in other jurisdictions.
In practice the only personal data associated with this site is email correspondence and standard host access logs. To ask about either, or to have correspondence deleted, email navjeet8595@gmail.com. Requests are answered directly rather than through a portal.
Changes to this policy
This policy was last updated on 16 August 2026. If the site adds analytics, advertising, a contact form, embedded media or any other service that processes information, this page will be updated before that service goes live, and the date above will change.
